Living with pain is not normal, but pain is an alarm system that our body uses to warn us that something is wrong.
Through various techniques and disciplines, we can improve and / or cure our ailments and regain a more optimal state of health.
Understanding what the body tells us, paying attention to it, improving or changing what is not going well, brings us closer to a state of greater well-being.
The body is a set of systems that must work in harmony and balance between them, when this harmony is lost the body begins to give symptoms such as pain and organic dysfunctions.

After graduating as a physiotherapist from the EU Gimbernat, she worked for more than 10 years in the hospital field, training in different services and in post-traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation in occupational health.
In 2005 after obtaining her degree in Osteopathy from the EOM (School of Osteopathy of Madrid) she started her private practice collaborating with doctors, traumatologists and sports centres.
After further training in myofascial release, traditional Chinese medicine, RPG, biodescodification, PNI and microkinesitherapy, she founded her own clinic in 2014 with a holistic and global vision of the body, offering the most appropriate combination of techniques to restore the most optimal state of health.
Currently, after obtaining a Master’s degree in pelvic floor re-education from the FUB, she works in her own practice at the Centre Mèdic Francesc Macià, combining clinical practice with teaching on the Master’s degree and various training courses, and collaborating with other specialists.
